Non-Returnable Policy

Please note that our products are generally non-returnable. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Defective Product Policy

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. To facilitate the return process, we require:

1. An unboxing video that clearly shows the product's defect(s)
2. A detailed description of the issue
3. Your order number and proof of purchase

Our customer service team will review your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed. If the product is deemed defective, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or credit to source.

Important Notes

- We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the product is not defective or if the customer has not provided sufficient evidence of the defect.


- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is deemed defective.
